Organizational Principle
- Each organization is an isolated entity
- This isolation applies to:
- users,
- roles,
- devices,
- dashboards,
- smart services
A user can:
- be an admin in organization A,
- be an editor or viewer in organization B
Automatic Organization Creation
- If a user creates a Proficloud.io account without an invitation:
- a dedicated organization is automatically created for that user
Active Organization and Login Behavior
- After logging in, the user is:
- always placed in the last active organization
- When a user clicks on an invitation link:
- they are automatically switched to the target organization
