On May 18, 2026, scheduled maintenance will be performed on Proficloud.io between 09:00 and 10:00 CET.
During this maintenance window, updates will be installed on the platform. As a result, users may experience temporary service limitations, including slower response times, automatic logouts, or temporary unavailability of individual applications or Smart Services.
During the restart of individual Smart Services, connected devices and integrations may temporarily be unable to send data to the platform.
For devices, gateways, or integrations with an explicitly configured local buffer, affected data may be transmitted after the connection has been restored, depending on the device, integration, configuration, and available buffer capacity.
For devices or integrations without local buffering capability, or where local buffering has not been activated, short data gaps may occur. This may apply, for example, to Node-RED integrations, unless local buffering is implemented separately in the respective setup. Depending on the Smart Service and the type of data, these gaps may be compensated for or bridged, for example when using meter readings or cumulative values.
Users should take this maintenance window into account when planning critical operations or evaluating data recorded during this period.
