EMMA Service has evolved into the Energy Management Service
In the latest release of the EMMA Service, in addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, an exciting new feature is available for all users of the Smart Service: The alerting feature with Proficloud.io notifications.
With this feature, you will be notified within Proficloud.io if, for example, a device reports significantly more kWh consumption in an hour, day or week than expected. This gives you further, important insights into your energy consumption and, if necessary, you can react already at the first exceeding (or falling below) of a limit value and positively influence the occurrence of further violations of the alerts.
Depending on the criticality of the threshold violation, Proficloud.io notifications can be divided into three different colors, or levels: Low (blue/green); Medium (yellow); High (red).
So, as in other Smart Services on the IIoT platform, you can see at a glance whether a critical situation has occurred that requires immediate action, or whether they just need to know that something has happened.
In the future, the EMMA Service and the individual features of the Smart Service will be further developed in communication with customers and interested parties in order to be used even more profitably.
Hands on: The alerting feature in the EMMA Service
