FAQs
Can I still cancel the subscription during the trial?
Yes.
If you cancel your subscription while it’s in trial mode, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the trial period. The subscription will of course not be converted into a regular paid subscription.
How do I cancel my trial subscription?
In your organization’s subscription management area, you can view all active subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel, then click the three dots on the right side of that entry. Choose Cancel Subscription. This ensures the subscription will not renew and prevents any additional charges.
Why is the regular price displayed during checkout?
The regular subscription price is always shown in the checkout, regardless of promotions.
For the Black Friday action, all new subscriptions booked on November 28 will be automatically placed into a 30-day trial.
During this trial period:
- no charges are applied
- no documents are generated
Only after the 30 days does the regular subscription process begin — unless cancelled beforehand.
Will I be charged immediately after booking?
No.
Even if the regular price is visible in the checkout, the subscription will not start as a paid contract on November 27.
The account is first placed in a 30-day free trial, and billing begins only if the subscription is not cancelled during the trial period.
How do I know when my trial ends?
We send a reminder 5 days before the trial ends. At that point, you can still decide whether you want to continue using the Smart Service or cancel it.
