The Hannover Messe 2025 was a fantastic event for our IIoT-Plattform Proficloud.io and Smart Services. Throughout the exhibition days, we had the pleasure of welcoming numerous national and international guests, engaging in valuable conversations and showcasing our solutions for many applications.
Highlights in detail
Our industrial cloud platform, Proficloud.io, and its Smart Services were part of the “Secure Digitalization in Factories” area. The energy monitoring and analytics solutions provided by the Energy Management Service were of great interest to the visitors. Our Time Series Data Service makes it possible for the incoming data to be easily readable by everyone, transforming complex data into transparent knowledge. It can do so with its ability to translate incoming data into clear text, which was of great interest. The positive feedback on our user-friendly Smart Services was very encouraging, with attendees appreciating the ease of use of our Smart Services.
Energy monitoring, EnPI and reporting
Our Energy Management Service was particularly interesting to visitors who were seeking solutions in this sector. Attendees were particularly interested in its reporting functions and support for Energy Performance Indicators (EnPI), which provide detailed insights for energy analysis and optimization. The ability to create virtual metrics based on incoming data was especially intriguing. These metrics enable calculations such as energy per product or energy per square meter, offering users insights to understand and optimize their energy usage, and can be presented in reports based on users’ needs. This comprehensive solution allows businesses to monitor and analyze energy consumption, helping optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Renewable energy
Another standout feature of our exhibition was the Time Series Data Service, which automatically translates data into plain text, simplifying the troubleshooting process. The Smart Service further enables users to access, monitor and track process data, offering customizable dashboards and built-in alerting for threshold violations. Additionally, the TSD Dashboard Library, with its ready-made, customizable dashboards, provided quick and easy insights into the generated data, proving to be a favorite among attendees. The Smart Service is also a comprehensive solution for renewable energy projects, particularly effective for wind energy, solar energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
High visitor frequency and intensive discussions
The fair was characterized by high visitor frequency and intensive discussions, leading to concrete follow-up actions such as planned live demos. The combination of hardware, software and Smart Services proved to be particularly effective, showcasing the potential of Smart Services to transform industrial operations.
