On 21 March 2024, Proficloud.io experienced a outage of the Smart Service in the Time Series Data Service. Data continued to be written to the database and no data loss was recorded.
One of the consequences of this outage was that access to the Smart Service was restricted for around 30 minutes. Furthermore, notifications were sent out for users who use the integrated alerting system, indicating that the alerts were not functional. These messages were sent repeatedly, resulting in a large number of messages.
The situation has already been resolved and no further incorrect notifications should be sent via the alerts in the Time Series Data Service.
