How can I get the permissions to update the firmware of a PLCnext device through Proficloud.io?

In order to be able to carry out a firmware update on a PLCnext device, it must be ensured that the user has the appropriate rights. To check or set this, the user certificate from Proficloud.io must be saved on the device as the user certificate.

1. Click on the user icon at the top right in the Proficloud
2. Click on [Settings]
3. Click on [User CA Certificate] to download the certificate
4. Add the certificate through the WBM of your device

The validation of the certificate will be checked as soon as you try to do a firmware update on Proficloud.io.
