User-feedback leads to a better User Management Service
We are happy to publish an update for the User Management Service on Proficloud.io and here are directly the developments in text form.

On 04/13/2023, between approximately 15:00 and 18:30, Proficloud.io experienced outages. The platform was temporarily unavailable. Proficloud.io maintenance work on 06/03/2023
On 06/03/2023 at around 09:30 PM – 01:00 PM CET there will be maintenance work on the Proficloud.io. During this time automatic logouts may occur, neither data nor configurations will be changed.

Together with more than 200 colleagues worldwide, we were able to attend the Product Manager Meeting in Amsterdam and show our colleagues what our Smart Services – powered by Proficloud.io – are capable of.
Usability Improvements and third party databases – new features for the EMMA Service
We are very happy that at the beginning of the year we can again introduce new features for the EMMA Service on Proficloud.io. The more our users engage with the Smart Service, the more feedback we receive – which we then of course incorporate for everyone’s benefit.
