Proficloud.io Incident – Smart Service disruption – 03 November 2023 [solved]
On November 3rd between 05:00 and 07:15 CET, users were unable to access their devices in the Device Management Service in the user interface. After thorough investigation, we have identified the faulty component and fixed the issue.
We have ensured that collected data is not affected, so during the time of the incident all data was still collected. There is no data loss.
