It’s time for something new again, our team responsible for the EMMA Service thought, and has released a new update for the Smart Service on Proficloud.io. In update 1.10, the Smart Service offers many new features, nested metering points, new summation features, and much more that has been requested by customers – because that’s how good development works, based on user feedback and current requirements.
In addition to new features that are regularly published on Proficloud.io, our UI/UX designers and usability-enthusiastic colleagues are particularly happy when usability can be increased. This involves, for example, general improvements to the usability of the platform.
The developers of the EMMA Service improve the Smart Service so that now a variety of different media can be displayed and processed. Water, gas, thermal energy, steam are only a few of the new media you are able to visualize in the EMMA Service.
We are very happy that at the beginning of the year we can again introduce new features for the EMMA Service on Proficloud.io. The more our users engage with the Smart Service, the more feedback we receive – which we then of course incorporate for everyone’s benefit.

In the latest release of the EMMA service, in addition to performance improvements and bug fixes, an exciting new feature is available for all users of the smart service: The alerting feature with Proficloud.io notifications.
